Introduction to PC
Perfection Components is an ISO/TS16949:2002 certified, minority-owned manufacturing facility located in Danville, KY. Our core processes are plastic injection molding and assembly, although we frequently provide finishing services such as paint or chrome plate for our customers products. Our management staff has three decades of cumulative experience encompassing injection molding, plating on plastic, paint on plastic, and assembly for both automotive and non-automotive applications. We are a Certified Minority Business making us a strategic fit with the sourcing goals of many companies in the markets we serve. PC has become a Gold Dealer and key partner of Buckhorn, Inc., the leading manufacturer of returnable plastic packaging. By adding the extensive Buckhorn material handling line to our molding and logistics capabilities, PC has become a very strategic supplier to the automotive market.

Company Profile Operational since 2002, Perfection Components has established itself as a quality conscious and cost competitive automotive supplier to its ever-expanding customer base. PC has taken an aggressive approach towards ensuring that it meets the latest industry standards by developing effective business and quality systems to support the higher expectations of today's customers. This has been accomplished by achieving and maintaining our 3rd party registration to the ISO/TS16949:2002 standard (copy of certificate below):
