PROCESSES
Perfection Components' primary process is injection molding of
plastic products. PC can provide its products in either a natural molded
state or in one of the following finishing alternatives:

Molded-In-Color

PC has experience with producing products in a
variety of colored resins and currently produces molded-in-color automotive
products for Toyota as a Tier II supplier to Toyota Boshuku America and Johnson
Controls, Inc.

Chrome Plate on Plastic

PC has the capability to produce chrome plated
plastic products and has produced chrome and brushed chrome automotive
products for Toyota as a Tier II supplier to McKechnie Vehicle Components
and Douglas Autotech.

Paint on Plastic

PC has the capability to produce painted plastic
products and has produced painted automotive products for Toyota, Mitsubishi and General
Motors as a Tier II supplier to Toyota Boshuku America, McKechnie Vehicle Components and Douglas
Autotech, Corp.

Assembly

PC has experience assembling various products and
has produced assembled products for Toyota , Chrysler, Mitsubishi and General Motors as a Tier II
